Buttons for load Prev/Next file into skipping chapters?

Is there anyway to change those to buttons into Prev/Next Chapter/Bookmark instead? Changing the keyboard has no affect on it apparently so is there a way to do this? I'd sort of liked to be able to change those two buttons since that sort of how it functioned in Media Player Classic. =/

I think that at this moment there isn't any skin command available to do that.
