kmp can't read chinese and japanese words

i'm using windows xp english. didn't change what chinese prc. when i need to edit song details, it display "%$@%@%@" in windows path. look like can't read chinese and japanese path.

any problem to solve this problem?

.mp3 tags are managed by a Winamp plugin. There's no Winamp plugin with Unicode support and supported by KMP at the same time, so I recommend you to use an external tool or a more advanced audio player to manage .mp3 tags.
