How do I rip with KMPlayer? I want to rip mp3-files from CD to harddisk, but can't find any alternative for that in KMPlayer. I now how to do it with Windows MediaPlayer, it's easy. I'd be more than grateful if anyone could advise me about how to do this with KMPlayer.

KMP isn't made for CD ripping. You can try it with capture function. I recommend CDex (stands for CD-Extractor). Available in many languages supports external library CDDB and online database. You can use the newest lame with it.

You can use any other tool instead...

KMP indeed isn't a ripper. A fuzzy factor in this, is that nowadays audio-files are often called mp3-files.
But it depends on the kind of CD you're dealing with. If the mp3's were burned on an audio-CD, they were converted to the WAV format first, before burning. The tracks will have the extension *.CDA, and one needs a ripper.

If the extension of the tracks on the CD still is *.mp3, then you're dealing with a data-CD.
No need for ripping, just open the CD with a file manager, and copy the tracks to the harddisk.
