can you tell me where can i adjust ( raise ) the buffer for listening mp3 radio ?

Just increasing buffer size would not improve the status of playback when listening shoutcast. Currently, there are two ways of accessing shoutcast.

1. default action with internal shoutcast source filter
There is no option of buffering with internal one.

2. listening shoutcast with winamp plugin
As kmp can connect shoutcast using winamp plugin, you can adjust streaming buffer size within the preference of plugin. But as i've mentioned above, if you have a purpose of reducing dealy or crackling when listening, you should try various configuration under the assumption that your internet connection speed can cover enough to play/hear smoothly.
