Video doesn't playback

I have a blueray video file with extension .ISO
I can play this video with KMPLAYER in one computer but it cannot be played with another KMPLAYER in another computer. I have checked the configuration of KMPLAYER in these two computers are almost the same.
In another computer, when I try to play the video, the video cannot be played back but a still image can be seen. I can netvigate the whole video with the bottom slidebar. Any problem with my KMPLAYER?
Windows XP are being used in both computers. The media information is shown below

Then, post the ctrl+tab info when you can play the iso file. Probably, you have a nero splitter.

After I changed the filter to Nero Splitter, the movie can now be played but there is no audio decoder, i.e. no sound, how can I fix it?

Try to load Nero-Audio-Decoder as external decoder with "External Decoder Search" > "Add System Codec"

If this does not work you can load the nero-audio-decoder to custom-filter-manager and try "use forcibly".

There's no guarantee that it works. You can try other decoders too.

This is actually the problem of nero splitter. Therefore, I think there is nothing you can do if it is not working.
