Install the latest version in a new folder and reset your settings. If you are using AlbumArt feature, make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash version.
Open Internet Explorer and go to Adobe.com, then install/update Adoble Flash Player plugin.

The KMPlayer uses the flash component of internet explorer. The flash component of IE and Firefox are different even if they have the same version. I have both components installed.
