problem for open URLs

I'm using 1432R2, but none of the url in the list can be opened. The error message and source filter setting is as following:

Thanks for the advice, it do work for internet radios!

However, none of the internet TVs in my url list can be played, even those can be played by PPmate. It is highly suspected that the setting somewhere is not so correct.
