I'm try Km on my Two PCs.One's OS is Windows 2000 only install the Hardware Driver~this machine has the same open file diglog issus... I'm confirm this bug will occur on every computer which install Chinese OS...

The width of open dialog box is the same as the screenshoot in the first post?

The first screenshot is when i push the open file button. The second one is when i stretch it.

Oops! The width of open dialog box between you and me is different. I've never known. Funny thing. :p
