Wow!
This is the greatest palyer I ever used and I tryed a lot!
I am using KMP for all my media. For the TV (WDM) it uses even less resources then Dscaler.
I want to suggest little better TV chanel settings (Name of chanel and System /Pal, Secam, .../ for diferent chanels)
Keep the great work!
Thank you!
If you don't mind, may I ask you where do you come from?
Actually, there is only NTSC for use in our nation, and I can't understand the situation you have.

I come from Bulgaria
We use 3 TV Systems here for diferent channels - PAL_D, PAL_H and SECAM
I made screenshot of what I suggest to look like Channel Manager [Only registered and activated users can see links]
My english is bad so I hope picture speeks better :)
Now I have to swich systhem manual when I change the chennel, and I think it will be good to have a name for the chanel as well.
BTW I am web designer, so if there is something I can do for your project - tel me. I am realy amazed how good this player is.
Have you checked the last test version? Your opinion seems to be adapted. Any suggestion for improvement would be welcomed. ;)

Yes I downloaded 27.11.2005 test version and test it some days from then.
All work as I expected, except one thing, but this is due my fault. Maybe I do not explain mi idea fully. When saving TV system for different channels it saves OK, but when I change channel (PageUp for example) KMP do not change the system.
I have one secondary question - where goes the ini - config file? I can't find it in KMP directory.

one another suggestion about TV:
when using WDM Controls » Channel Autoscan it would be good to have a message box "Are you sure? This will erase all existing channel configuration"
because it is easy to destroy 1/2 hour work of tweaking channels.
I did it ;-)
Now I am testing video capture, have some problems, but I think I can workaround them.

There is an option to save .ini file in preferences.
(Default action is to save in registry)

Oops. :p

What about saving tweaked channels to save as preset?

There is one thing to remember that video capture is a realtime process.
In other words, you should have an enough system to work both capturing and playing.

that would be even greater ;-)

I've done a lot of captures with other sofware on that system. Not always successful ;-)
I didn't say that there is problem with KMP I'm just tweaking now the process. And IF there are some real (in my opinion) problems. I will try to explain them here.
Thanks for your attention!
