getting the exact color you want in the skin ?

I'd like to get R:0/G:192/B:0 for the KMP sliders color(same as Haali's OSD)...but I don't succeed :(

is there a way to achieve the exact color YOU want with these 2 hue/saturation sliders ?!

or should I edit some of the bmp/ini files ?

I am also confused by why we're limited to 127, even though color that strong is garish.
