sorry, it in fact has nothing to do with Kmplayer.yestoday i needed to know those terms meanings urgently, and Kmplayer's forum is the only one containing english areas in which i have a user ID......

Those are TV program start times. Most likely it is 8 EST/7 CST, etc.
Where EST is Eastern Standard TIme(East coast USA).
