Capturing audio with Audio-Encoder 2: Lame KMPlayer says in the line below "Need lame_enc.dll, lamedll.dll in Plugins folder. (See screenshot)

I removed lamedll.dll and KMPlayer can still capture audio using lame.
I have the K-Lite codec pack installed. I deactivated LAME, but that doesn't change anything.

I can't say if it is my system, but maybe lamedll.dll isn't necessary. Can anyone who has not installed Lame or a codec pack confirm that? Thank you.

I can also delete lame.dll with apparently no problem. Maybe only the source code has the answer to that question.

The source is the key. The original developer had a reason to include it. (Guessed) I haven't seen an application that would use it but that weren't there for playing files.

Thank you for testing.
