streaming live?

Hello, how can i capture video + audio to adobe flash media live or webcammx or whatever it called program can work with..

Im tryin to lookin streaming live on website like this kmplayer cuz they have closed captions too.

you will probably need to hire a programmer for this.

ah i see...... ok..... i will try to use it other way.. maybe tv set to tv tuner i dont know.. hope so..
