Cannot save my edited skin

Sorry if this has already been answered:

I select a pervious skin (bubba.ksf file)
Rename it to .zip (bubba.zip)
extract it with Winrar
rename the folder (bubba2)
edit the skin to my liking
Then i save to .zip with winrar (bubba2.zip)
save it as ksf(bubba2.ksf)
but it doesn't open with KMPlayer...just the default.
can somebody help me save my edited skin?

Sounds perfect. Can you load the new skin per double-click?
Can you select the new skin per menu?
Right-click > Skins > you skin

go to your new skin folder and select all files in the folder and archive them as winzip and rename zip file to ksf. then you new skin will start functioning.
