KMP doesn't work with Vista-32bit

Hi to everybody!
I do love KMP with my XP PC.
Now I need it for Vista-32bit other system: I donwloaded version for Vista (I think so..), installed and when I play on exe it comes an error message: interface not registered!
When I try to open a streaming url, it doesn't find it.
The display of KMP let look the desktop of my pc down, as a interference.
In Dettails, I read: the program ask for flash.ocx, not included in this version of Windows. Try solution on web.
I follow the advises and then: go online & download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
I download it and install vers. 10.0.22.87, but at restart the trouble stay and I can't use KMP.
Any suggestion to make it work, or older links to threads?
I did'nt find any like my problem.

Thanks but I didn't resolve.
I think I must change player unfortunately.

Look at it this way. Before moving to w7 (64) and xpsp3 (32) I was forced to run Vista (came with the laptop). KMP worked as expected. Many others run either 32 or 64 vistas without problems. Dumpind one player for another doesn't resolve the problem.
Uninstall KMP completely including any registry leftovers. Reinstall.
