What is that screen?

Hi,
When i play some videos a popup screen apears in other language. I don´t understand anything ( don´t have asia compatibility charset installed ).
I just click some button ramdomly and kmplayers plays the video.
I will atach some screenshot.

Oh... i think i can answer myself ¬¬U.
I was using spanish.ini language and it shouldn´t have the message.
Switch to english.ini and see the message correctly.
