Dutch translation

Hello,

The Dutch translation is 100% completed and attached to this message as Dutch.zip, containing Dutch.ini. Placing the unpacked file into the subdir Language of the KMPlayers install directory and selecting the Dutch.ini will be sufficient to switch to the Dutch language.

Thanks for your hard working. By the way, there is another updates of english.ini. Check it again. :p

As there is a feature of recognizing language based on sysem codepage, Dutch.ini will be selected automatically when installing or launching KMP.

I had a plan to revamp the distribution package in order to support multilingual process of installation more versatilely long before, but it did not come true for various reasons.

Hello,

Checked the corrections to the English.ini and as far I can see, the Dutch.ini is up to date and doesn't need a new revision. A number of the grammar errors I did recognize during translation, they didn't effect my translation.

What I mean is the latest beta version, not corrections of grammer.
Some errors are due to the insufficient space in actual dialog form.
