...the SPDIF output. It´s the first player which can handle this without stuttering or hangup. And I tried every player; from videolan to mpc, zoomplayer to core media player....no one could handle this. No creative support helped me, i tried the kx drivers but they don´t support EAX and I need EAX for my video games.

So for the first time in two and a half years I could use the full potential of my Audigy 2 ZS and the onboard dolby digital decoder. I don´t know why and how but...THANK YOU!!!!!

And your seamless playback is awesome. A new experience for me.^^

In my opinion, if you do not make the problem clear, you'll be in stuck some day. There is some possibility of recurring to the problem. I don't know the way of your current spdif setting with kmp, but if you can solve the problem, it should be done with other players. ^^

Well I´m using the Gabest Audio Decoder for AC3 with SPDIF checked under AC3 Decoder Settings. Works like a charm. I tried it with another setup (and the KM Player) using the AC3 Filter 1.01a RC1 with checked SPDIF and it didn´t work. VLC with build in SPDIF didn´t work also. Stuttering playback and I could only kill the application via task manager.

It worked very well with the alternative sb driver from the kx project but as I said I need the EAX support from my card for my games.

At the moment your player is the only one which works for me. And beside this little problem I like the rest of your player too. Build in codecs, a lot of settings to play around with and great quality in all aspects. Over alll the best player I´m aware off at the moment.

Edit: Perhaps for some better understanding I have to say that software decoding always worked for me in every player I used. But when it comes th the point where I want to use my dolby digital decoder on my soundcard the KM player is the only one which works. I will try some other things. Perhaps I will try to register the gabest filter in my zoom player ( if there is a chance to register this filter ).
