Hi,
I see that a new beta 2.9.4.1436 is out now.
So what happened to 2.9.4.1435? Is that the final stable release of KM Player?
Which is the last stable release of KM Player? I have 2.9.4.1428 on my system. I have been waiting for a new stable version from a long time. Please inform me about the latest stable version.
Thanks :).

Have you checked the "News & announcements ([Only registered and activated users can see links])" part of the forum? Since 1428, there has been 1433, 1434 and 1435. I am not sure if I can call them stable, but they are marked as stable. You can try out the last 1435 stable and if you have problems, first try to reset the settings, and if things don´t work for you, you can return to 1428 anytime you want.
And be sure, that KMP video transform filter is enabled (F2 - video processing - general tab - always use).

Note that the installer for 1248 can't be downloaded anymore.
The URL for 1248 is the same as for 1435.

Thanks for all the answers.
Placio, I have seen that thread. I had followed the thread on 1435 release too, and I had asked there, if it was the final release... but it was said, its not the final release. Many download sites showed 1435 as the final release, but when I asked here, it was not the final official release version.
I want a version of KM Player, that is stable, and is a final finished official release.
I have the version 1428 with me on my PC :)... and I love KM Player.
If the version 1435 is finished, and final, and stable, I will try it.
Thanks

Yes, some 'download sites' showed 1435 as the final release before it was officially announced.
Current, 2.9.4.1435 version is official stable version.
However, this does not mean it is devoid of any bugs.
As mad said: "marked as stable", but...
BTW
Before this version was officially announced - several changes added.
So... unofficial and official version are slightly different.

Oh OK, thanks a lot for the reply :). I will download the 1435 release, as you now say its official and stable.
Just a suggestion, if a release version is stable, and official, a proper name should be given to suggest that. Like I noticed in News and Announcements... for 1428, its properly given, so anyone knows its the stable release. Its not clear for the rest.
Just a suggestion :).
Thanks again for your reply. I had been waiting for a new version of KMPlayer since years after 1428, and now finally I will install one :D. Good job guys... am sure it will be great. Will return to post about it :).
BTW, I am from Gizmo's Freeware ([Only registered and activated users can see links]). I am moderator at forums there. Currently KMPlayer is the top pick amongst the Best Free Media Player ([Only registered and activated users can see links]). Hope you guys know that :).
I will inform there about the new stable release, so it can be updated there.
Thanks again.

Anupam, test versions of KMP always have a label like: beta, pre or even RC. If they don´t have a label, it is a stable version. But it shouldn´t be a problem to add "stable" to a release.

Thanks for informing that :).
Well, adding a "stable" before will make the users sure they would be downloading a stable release.
Thanks for all the answers, and positive responses :).
