Do you have any playback problems? If not you shouldn't change anything until it looks good.

Better performance
Right click > Video (advanced) > Preset Performance

Better quality
Right click > Video (advanced) > Preset Quality


When Video (advanced) is missing enable the advanced menu
Right click > Options > Advanced Menu
