audio can't be loaded in tv,help me!

when i install a tv pcmica card in my desktop,i open the kmp and the cideo can be shown normally,but there is not the audio.i don't what's wrong with my kmp.:(

I would like to help you, but I have no tv card as well as DVD-rom to test.
By the way, it's not because of kmp but it seems to be the problem of WDM driver or something else. I don't know exactly the requried condition to get a sound in kmp. It can be a hardware connection problem also.
