Question to all visitors, moderators and authors/Pandora:
Is KMPlayer dead project?
Will new owners abandon this great multimedia player?

For Pandora.TV this project is only commercial for their site (Korean Youtube)..
They not think seriously about future of KMP.. so they don't see that this project is dieing
Well, I guess it is dead. It is good that KMP was so nice and powerful player, so it can last very long even without updates.
But, I feel very sad about all this.

Yup agreed... As far as Pandora is concerned, their business is with their streaming services. Hence, as long as KMPlayer runs their streams, they couldn't care less about the other functions (read: functions that the rest of the world wants). There are a lot of other Korean media players ending the same way too in the face of the international users. It's such a waste, since a lot of these Korean media players are often excellent.
Now I'm off with MPC-HC... Maybe KMPlayer can try learning from other successful apps that goes from proprietary to partially open-source (e.g. opensolaris, etc.). It is possible to be open-source and proprietary at the same time!
