The attached file is a useful tool i'm using when translating korean into english. This tool compares the item of a reference language file with that of a translated one, and substitute the item of a translated language for the reference ini file.

Click Reference.ini button to open english.ini
Click Translated.ini button to open your local translated language file.
Click Process button

After doing this process, edit the file.
Using compare tool, You can easly update a translated language.
(Winmerge ([Only registered and activated users can see links]), or Totalcmd's internal Compare by content)

Thank's for this tool, it will be really useful to continue my french translation (based on an old english.ini format)

Maybe it's better to improve that utility by adding an option to mark untranslated strings with some character (ex. ***)

Good idea, in the french translation we use µ for single word and µµ for entire line

I use next algoritmes:

1) Open selected for translated files on Windows Notepad (use only Unicode versiob on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008 !!!) and save it as ASCII.
2) Translated temporary ASCII files use LangTrans for LocWise 1.03 (good tool, but, not supported UNICODE... :( );
3) Open translated files use Notepad and save as UNICODE.

Sorry, long time for transltion, but 100% works...
