Here it´s an example of problematic .sub subtitles
I was a little confused what you are talking about.
In your last posting, was it a problem concerning the characters which does not display correctly?

Yes i see bad characters in test version with .srt subtitles, i tried changing charset like you tell me and it works fine, but now i´m talking about delay in .sub subtitles :). When i try to play a movie with .sub subtitles audio and subtitles doesn´t match but if i convert .sub to .srt it is ok.
Thanks for your support.
Would you post the converted .srt subtitle?

This is not the exact subject as it's related to Charset.

In my test, a timing bug is disappeared. I've compared it with .srt from your attached subtitles. Check it again.

I check it again but it is still there, i think now it its more delay than ever...
If i try with the stable version of kmplayer .sub subtitles are displayed at the begining of the movie but slowly it get desync.
In test version the first string of .sub subtitles are displayed in secod 42
...
in srt subtitles that are ok, the first string is in second 0 (begining of movie)
I think .sub subtitles are displayed for a lot of time. Example:
srt subtitles string 1, duration: 5 seconds
sub subtitles string 1, duration: 7,5 seconds
It's really a weird thing.
See the below screenshot. First is srt timing and second is sub timing.
As you can see the screenshot, there is actually no difference between the twos.

I just try the new test version and the problem is almost fixed ;) If I open a movie from windows explorer with double click and the subtitles are loaded automatically, there is delay. But if I open a movie and manually open the subtitles there is no delay and every thing is OK. So the problem is almost fixed ;)

Does it certainly exist a delay? I can't figure out what's causing the problem. But I have no problem in my own test.
If the problem persists, please attach more subtitles enough to examine.

Sorry but for me allways exist delay.
I see y our screenshots but that program (subtitle editor) is part of kmplayer?, i know that subtitles are fine because other players play movies well but i think its mplayers fault (i didnt change anything in configuration, except charset).
Maybe im tiresome but you said to report it again and again.
Does it matter tha i have both kmplayer stable and kmplayer test version on my machine?
Does it matter some fdshow configuration on my machine? or kmplayer uses his own version of fdshow? Does it matter if i enable postprocesing in fddshow or subtitles in ffdshow?

Now I can guess the problem which makes you annoying.
The above subtitle seems to be omitted the necessary information, that is, subtitle framerate information at the first line inside the subtitles. Add {1}{1}29.970 to the first line of the .sub subtitles, and try it again. If there are any players which have no problem with this sub, there should be an additional option to determine the subtitle framerate.
{1}{1}29.970; Framrate info can vary depending on the framerate of the movie.

It's called as a subtitle explorer. (alt+q)
I've tested the sub with other player but there was same result. If you are mentioning mplayer, there may be other settings which change the subtitle framerate.
Anyway, if it is possibe to add an additional option for the conversion of subtitle framerate, I'll let you know it.
ps. I was a bit tired too.. ;)

Reporting it again and again.... its the last time i ask for this thing.
That are screenshots from my subtitle explorer(alt+q) in the lastest test version.
First is srt timing and second is sub timing.
Are there anyone who can confirm this problem?
I just can't understand the above second screenshot of showing .sub timing.
How could it be?
I've tried it many times, but it was impossibe to be reproduced.
The subtitle for timing test is here:
