How to auto switch preset of configuration on conditions?
The following steps explain the method how to selectively disable kmp video transform filter on fourcc match, especially in case of H.264 which is generally consuming much cpu power.
Refer to the following screenshot.
1. Click "Current preset...". It will create new preset by copying from current configuration. Input suitable preset name like H.264.
2. Switch to H.264 preset by selecting the menu of preferences at top left.
3. Input FourCC strings of "AVC1 H264" and enable it. Check the option "Switch back to the previous preset when closing file".
The last thing to do is to configure kmp as you want. For example, you can disable kmp video/audio transform filter for the purpose of getting DxVA support(h264) or assinging cpu power only to decode(CoreAVC).
4. After setting up kmp, do not forget to switch back to Default Preset at top left.
Consequently, kmp will be switched to the preset automatically on FourCC(AVC1, H264) match.
