high cpu usage

normaly the cpu usage is 40-50%,when i play some rmvb file,
the usage is up to 80-90%, my cpu is celeron 1.3G.
how do i solve the problem.

It is natural to think that some rmvb which is causing high cpu usage could be a high resolution or h.264 encoding video file. In short, your system is out of date. Try superspeed mode(alt+f) or realplayer.
