Maybe it is not bad idea to open few mirrors. I have problems to download newest beta myself. Constant disconnecting, slow connection, ...

Also, is it possible to allow downloading with torrent? Little torrent tracker will save the day :)

I found a great Solution for your host problem.
It's a world wide free network not even registration is require. It will spread automaticall to all university servers connected. All you need to do it link the files with a different domain ending...
The first download will be slow, very slow because it needs to be loaded twice after that the speed is fast. Please check out:

It's really that simple just add .nyud.net:8080
I try it now many times and it works excellent.
