the media lbrary don´t work fine

i dont know, why the media libray dont work fine with 4000 songs or more.

is that a bug?

Were you able to add all your songs in the play list?
Because when I add my music folder(about 4000 songs too) to the playlist, KMP become really slow to respond.
I also notice when I select music from the media library, the play list display the location of the second instead of the title.

Try to turn off the following option in > preferences > General > Repeat/Playlist > Playlist tab.

"Do not load duplicates"

In case of foobar or winamp, the option is turned off by default.

It only helps with simple Open Folder, but if I try to double click item from media library (basically it should load entire media libray with some 6000 items) it takes 3-4 minutes, no matter what I select from options. And if playlist is big enough (4000+ files) it takes ages for KMPlayer to start or exit.

Folder contains around 4000 mp3,wma,midi and some playlist files.

According to the author, try to make it as one playlist and place it under /The KMPlayer/PlayList/.

Then, launch the player and open playlist editor.

By the way, how many songs do you have? -O-


Anyway, let's hope it to be solved in the near future.
