Option in New default skin

The new skin by default is very very beautiful
I have a little question
Where is (like in a old default skin KAMP5) the option favorite folder and quick frame capture what you see ?
I don't find this option. It is possible to add this option in this new default skin ?

The skin should be edited to add buttons. The layout seems not to be changed.

thanks Mister Z. You don't see me lot of because i speak very well english but i go on your site every day two time by day.
