Can somebody make this skin

I'd like to know if KMP support transparent skin, please see the attachment
this kind of skin for KMP is very beautiful
if the answer is yes, can somebody make a sample, it doesn't need to make a new or full version for sample, As long as changing any old skin's TopPanel or BottomPanel to show this style. Of course, a full version of new skin is welcome
KMP is profoundly influenced by what you do, because if you can make out this skin, I believe that more and more people will attracted by Kmplayer

There are about 3 kinds of vista skins for KMP already.
I personally dont like the vista style skins/themes.
