Bookmarks/Chapter option doesn't appear

In the latest version of KMPlayer 2.9.3.1210 the Bookmarks/Chapter option doesn't appear in the main control menu, but only after you open any file.

It is not a bug but normal operation.

The bookmark menu works dynamically which only appears on condition that there is one bookmark at least.

Dynamically created menus depending on status

1. Album menu
2. Filters menu
3. Configuration Presets menu
4. Bookmarks menu
5. Visualization menu
6. ^^... (secret one)
