Subtitles in ogm files aren't showing in KMP, but they do in other players, They seem fine in mkv files though. Any ideas?
Thanks
I can't reproduce the problem with my ogm samples. Can you leaave a link for the sample?

Not sure how to go about that, it's a 200+ MB file. So far no subs work in the series in KMP.
If you tell me how to cut a sample I'll give it a go, just hate to have to upload that much if you don't need it.
Try the tool here:

Ok, I found out that with this particular encode (as far as I know), when playing files using seamless playback, the subs play in the first file, but not in subsequent files, no matter how I go to the next file, whether by playing through, FF, or clicking the timeline bar, but if I start each individually all subs play fine.
I tried a playlist in GOM Player & it works fine, so I'm not sure if it's a bug or how KMP handles the encode.
Sorry that I didn't notice this earlier, let me know if you still need a sample.
BTW, I noticed the tool only captures the beginning of the file, I also read that KMP can capture in avi format. My question is, don't you need an original format capture where there are subtitles?
I'd love to see KMP get to the point where it can replace everything else, it's come very close for me.
Thanks for all your hard work.
*I just found that the subs play properly when disabling seamless playback and just letting the files in a folder play consecutively on their own. I hope this is helpful.

The problem with subtitles not showing from the second file on when using the seamless playback mode makes this nice feature kind of useless. Why don't you fix it?
