Hello guys. I'm in process of searching the best media player for me and it looks km to be the winner. Sadly, newest release as well as the latest beta just closes without any sign or warning so I can't verify if it has what I need now so guess it is best to just ask ;)
I'm interested in 2 things I found no clear answer in forums:
1. Can it play transport streams mpeg2 files - .ts (mpc/vlc)
2. Does it provide a way to adjust subtitles at runtime like in bsplayer?
Hello.
1. Of course, but it depends on the combination of splitter and decoder. If you can't confirm, just leave a link for the sample. I can check if it works with kmp.
2. It is possible to resync or edit the subtitles in kmp(alt+q).

More permanent solution to resyncing subs
How to RESYNC Xvid subtitles (*.SRT) with VOBSUB
If anyone else needs to increase/decrease the time of subtitles in SRT format, all you need is VOBSUB.
This is included with Media Player Classic or 'Google' it and you'll find it.
1. Watch the movie with the subs and see where the subs begin and make a record of it.
2. Left click on the *.SRT file and right click and choose 'EDIT with SubResync'
3. Locate and find your *.SRT file and then OPEN
4. Click ONCE in the right hand dialog box under the first time entry and then add the correct time for the subs.
5. Then click 'SAVE AS' and it will now automatically adjust all the timings for the entries.
That's it!!

KM has got function like this. It's simple and better! Just go to "subtitles" submenu with right click ,then "subtitles resync". Make right subtitles and then go to submenu "merge/save as"/"save modified subtitle sync"
A better way to resync the whole subtitles:
