Announcing The KMPlayer 2.9.1.1045
[03-26-2006]The most outstanding feature enhanced in this version is Seamless Playback. This is mainly for the users who want to see the movie splitted in several parts without interruption. The lists of supported formats are AVI, MKV, MPEG System, MPEG PS/TS, OGM, MP4, ASF etc. But there are some limitations which should be remembered before enjoying it. Most of all, this feature is available only via internal source filters. If you enable it, internal source filters will be used primarily whenever the specified condition in Preferences is fulfilled. As it'll take more time to open and it could cause KMP to be unstable, try the function before using it. The file formats and codec used when encoding should be same. The materials encoded with wma audio could not produce a sound in 2nd file. Although the supported formats are various, it's not tested enough to make sure all the function work without problem. (The test is done centering around AVI mostly.)
Mostly improved Seamless Playback in various conditions
(Supported formats: AVI, MPG, MKV, ASF, RealMedia, OGM, MP4)
Fixed a bug in some Vorbis encoded movie, it made no sound
Added Internal FLV Reader/Splitter
Added Internal AVI Reader for seamless playback
Optimized internal RTL function
Fixed a problem with gabest's filters
