Added a function to scan a playlist folder under kmp folder. If you copy playlist files manually to /The KMPlayer/PlayList/, you can simply add albums using this function in Right Click on Playlist window > add to album > Scan playlist folder of KMP.

To reset file associations will adjust the custom file defined by user in Extensions tab. The file list to associate can be managed easily by customizing the extensions to connect and pressing "R" button there.
It is possible now to define extensions used to filter files in file open dialog box
