Can I capture Avi in uncompressed format?

avi is a container in which audio & video streams must be compressed with some codec support like XviD , DivX , H.264 for vid , mp3 for audio.

You can increase the bitrate for better quality in avi capture.

I think he means if he can capture the audio and video in an uncompressed format stuck in an AVI... (e.g. uncompressed MPEG + .WAV or instance) I'm not so sure what he means though. :)

or as when I capture from camera with pinnacle video studio into DV format (avi uncompressred)
