Memory Issue

Hey,
I just downloaded and installed KMP today and I love the video quality! But here's my problem: When I load a video it takes about 30 seconds to load it and uses a massive amount of my system ram.
The same happens for music except its longer waits. I looked at the mem it was using. It went from 5k to over 20k and froze my pc.

I have no such problem. General test has been done in normal xp sp2 with the latest patches. If you find something about the problem, let me know that.
