In the Video(Advanced Menu)->Video Renderer there is a vista only Enhanced video renderer. Is it recommended to use it?
I am using Vista RTM. Are there any advantages?
Also let me know the defualt video renderer since i changed it and i dont remember.

Which Renderer do you recommend to use?
It depends on your system and taste.

Sorry, I am new to this topic.
Just tell me which one is good for best video quality and which one is good for least cpu use?
Also for Vista?

As for least cpu use, select overlay mixer and enable superspeed mode(alt+f).
