No it is not made by Image Grabber II
it is made using media player classic save as thumbnail

This is good news, but "KMPlayer"'s Thumbnail Generator should be more similar to the one of "Image Grabber II" than to the one of "Media Player Classic":

"Image Grabber II" allows you to select the number of columns and pictures, the height and width of individual pictures and the gap between them, and whether you want to have text (file data, time stamp) or not, you can save the pictures as individual files or as a "storyboard"--to say it in short, it has much more options.

I second that KMP 's thumbnail generator should be like ImageGrabber - II

with option to choose width , height in percentage to the original frame.

( like 50% of width,height instead of some 116 pixels )
