how to play WMV?

I have WMPlayer removed from my winXP system..

How can I play WMV videos with KMplayer?

I wonder if is posible enable and use an external plugin for WMV playback

You need WM codecs and decoders. Install WM9 codec package.

I dont want to install any codec pack on the system...

Can I use any external WM codec placed on the KMplay folder or a Winamp plugin for decode?

My pourpose is create a Portable version of KMplayer... and dont have to rely on OS installed codecs / codecs packs / etc ...
