I am a kind of overall project manager, a site administrator of this forum, and a translator for an english language file. I've designed the logic functions of many parts of the player. (I'm the one who opened English Fourm and started the support for english users including the language file of the player.)

The player will be developed but the support for english users may not be continued as it was (I don't kow what to do anymore).

I am thoroughly exhausted myself.

I created this thread for Z.
Z is the soul of this forum and as you can see, he has more than 5000 post and he started this forum in October 2005.
He helped a lot of members here.

If we show him gratitude, maybe he will find his lost motivation again.

Please write a few words of thanks to him.

Let us show him that this forum will never be the same again, if he leaves.

I came to this forum a year ago, and of course I realized that Z was the soul of this place...

At first I only had a few questions, and I wasn't very interested in KMPlayer, but thanks to him I saw that this is a very good place and project to spend my free time (then I started translating Z's English file and all that...).

KMPlayer has now become very popular, and the forum is growing every day... so more and more people are coming to visit this great forum, and it's true that answering almost every question as Z does can be too much for him.

Hey, we will understand if you want to take a rest... but you're not alone here, I am learning a lot everyday, and I know many other users that are very concerned with this forum. You can ask us for help too!

yeah well KMP is almost perfect now.......whenever I need a feature(like A/V sync), I take 2 mins then I find it :)
Anything you could possibly need to do is in this goddamn player already.

I wish it was possible to enable the Trimension DNM from WinDVD8 like in ZoomPlayer......but well......it would suck up CPU usage anyway.......and I don't want my "basic sharpen"+ lanzcos 720p upscaling to be taken away ;)

so I hope Z will find time to ever improving the player, and thanks for all that you've done in the past, KUDOS :D

Maybe the forum can be changed to SMF ( [Only registered and activated users can see links] ) you know that one? It's an amazing improvement on ALL other forums I've ever seen and used and administrated myself. Think it over, it's the best!

Also, Z, your cat-avatar is the coolest I've ever seen.

Then, your player, man, it's just amazing! You should be proud of this creation. I know it's a bit of an expert player, but when you get to know it, you realize how good it is, because of the BEST configurability I have ever found in a videoplayer. Like others have said before me; Everytime you would like to have a feature or a shortcut or whatever, THIS player ALREADY has it!!! I've discovered this while using it many times over.

I would very much like to support you by mirroring the player for free in Europe (no banners, no catch, just plain webspace and bandwidth) The only catch is that I have to upload it myself. Just send me a PM or e-mail to exchange which files I should upload and I'll send you the URLs of them as soon as I've put them there.

Z I dont have any words to how to say thanks to you, as you do such a great work to make this player as great as you are. Please dont adondon it like this, it is your child :D, I am not a programmr but i do know some stuff for forums, if you need help for forum things to get some extra time i can propose my help.
