(fixed) Playlist Bug

Hi,
I created a playlist of songs in Kmplayer's playlist editor. Everything works fine when I first added the locations of my directory. However, after I restart Kmplayer, i get the message "Can't open or find the file." Thanks for reading this. BTW Kmplayer ROCKS!!! ;)

Ohh nvm it was my fault. I now remember that I moved the folder after adding the files to the playlist editor. The playlist is working great. Thanks.

I have problems with the playlist in 2.9.3.1222. Items disappear from the default playlist.
If i add new items to it and switch to another then back those items disappear.
I don't think it should be working like this.

There are other hings wich are unpleasant. When I drop a file on the playlist it adds the new item to the right place but jumps to the front of the playlist and the first item will be the selected one, and kmp switches back to the main window. So each time i add a new item I have to change back to the playlist, and find+select the item I added.

I need to correct my previous post. It only jumps to the first item, when I drop a file to be the last item. (under the current last or on the playlist window).
About the switching to the main window I was wrong. When the main window is the active window and I drop a new item to the playlist the main windows stays the acitve. It wolud be comfortable ( and logical), if KMP switched to the playlist when I add a new item by dropping. The disappearing deafult playlist items problem is still present in 2.9.3.1227

Some Other things:
when I drop a subtile file and KMP loads it above, the playlist window switches back to the default playlist wich is in my opinion unpleasant.
When I switch to another window (not the kmp main window ) when the focus is on the kmp playlist and switch back the main window does not appear, only the playlist window. ( these happen with the deafult skin. I didn't check other skins)
BTW the rebuild and save subtitle function looks to be working correctly now, but It would be a good thing if a ".smi" would be added to the and of the generated filename since it is in that format. Now if I don't do it manually I get files with srt a sub extensions but they are not in that format.

Would you be more clear? If you are talking about on top status of playlist, it follows the main window.

It looks like this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
You can see that I didn't hide the main window It just doesn't appear, for some reason. It even happens while playing a file if KMP is in "never on top" mode.

Some other things:
Here often shows KMP shows the wrong playlist name on the tray button. At first It shows the file wich is playing, then the correct playlist then other playlist names. (with beta versions after 2.9.3.1214).

It's not playlist related but with beta versions after 2.9.3.1214: If I have a directory with files like "somefile.avi", "somefile.srt", "somefile.eng.srt" KMP opens the "somfile.eng.srt" file wich in I don't see the logic. 2.9.3.1214 opened the "somefile.srt" subtitle file.

Is there any possibility that the things I tried to describe in my previous posts ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) will be changed? (Except for the dissapearing def. playlist items because it's fixed. It only gets cleared if I switch between different versions, but I suppose that can't be helped)

Oh and about holding on keys (wich is reported fixed). It isn't as good as were in 2.9.3.1214. It is noticable when I change volume from 100% to 0% or hold f (framestep).

As for a playlist being cleared, there was a problem of language file, if you are using an old one, try the latest english.ini file.

I asked a friend who has kmp, but he couldn reproduce it. The problem causing this might be in my system. I will try to reproduce it when I get to another PC.

Hmm, I don't know well a thing about this. Why do you feel it?
Well I have an old config. When holding on "f" It stucks more often, for a short time, same with the volume.

You didn't react on the "jumping to first item" , "not changing to playlist when dropping new item" promblems I tried describe. Are they things that only happen here? Welli if not there is another (minor) thing. If I drop a file from totalcommander on the playlist while the playback is runnig, The focus stays on TC. ( kmp is in "while playing on top" mode)

It looks like kmp shows on the taskbar the name of the playlist I last pointed on with the cursor.
If its intentional I don't see the logic in it. It's just confusing for me.
