1. AVI source filter bug with one AVI file. Please see the attached snapshot.
When playback starts, the progress meter goes quickly and the total play time is not correct(see the
red rectangel in the picture). The actual play time should be 01:12:06. The progress meter continues
progressing quickly and the total playtime continues to increase. And I can hear my harddisk crunching.
When the total play time increase to the actual value, playback is correct.

If use AviSplitter.ax as source filter, no problem.

Here is the ed2k link for this file(the file is large, so I can not upload here):

2. Seeking problem with inernal MKV splitter+AVC1/H.264 (may be memory leak)
Use KMP internal mkv splitter to play a AVC1/H.264 encoded video file.
When seek backward, the memory comsumption goes higher and higher, and eventually the player freeze.
Gabest splitter is OK.

3. Seeking eat 10m memory
Switch between different setting.
Then seek forward or backward, the memory comsuption will goes high at the first seek.

Reproduce steps:
At first, chose default settings, reset settings.
Play a file, the seeking has no problem. Then close it.
Chose Video(Advance)->Preset: High Quality.
Play a file, the first seeking will eat up about 10M memory.

The only way to get out this situation is to reset the settings.

Could the develop team please do some investigation? Thanks.

This is not a bug.
HQ setting is the following steps:
1. Change video renderer to VMR9 Renderless
2. Enable Force RGB32 of output colorspace in VMR9 Renderless
3. Change output method of subtitles to VMR/D3D Surface

In my test, almost 10M amount of memory was more needed when changing to HQ settings. More than this, memory consumption will increase as more functions are enabled.

I've downloaded and verified the movie, but I have no problem with internal avi source filter. Weird.. I'm using WinXP SP2.
But index rebuilding process seems not to be needed. It should be fixed. Anyway, thanks.
