When I have global hotkeys enabled, those coresponding keys on my keyboard do not work when typing regular text in notepad, browser etc. I have to shut down KMP in order for the keyboard to work again. This is for the new beta version: 2.9.3.1241

Besides the keyboard not working when KMP is running (Global hotkeys disabled or enabled), when I disable global hotkeys, the default hotkeys for any key that was asigned a global key does not work, i.e. s/w brightness, saturation, hue etc. I suppose I would have to physically delete all entries for the global keys instead of just disabling them.

Global hotkey is designed as it is. It is for enabling keyboard shortcuts from any running applications. Do not assign global hotkey to any keys used in other applications.

Confirmed..

I'm not sure I fully understand this global hotkeys function. Anyway I deleted the keys and now it works. I was under the impression that the global keys were to be enabled disabled so as not to have to reset all default keys. My mistake, sorry.
