delay when playing rm,rmvb files

The sound and the graphic cannot play at the same time
the sound always have 2-3seconds delay......
What is the problem?

Would you post 'Ctrl-tab' information when playing the problematic rm?
Attaching the clip of rm or rmvb could help me to verify what the problem is.

It's a good idea. However, some of the files are downloaded using Bittorrent files. It's already in our hard disks, how can we post the link to you using "Ctrl+Tab" combination key??
