korean subs not showing properly

hello i've tried kmplayer and mpc
and both are showing bad korean subs

just downloaded heroes with korean subs but i get this symbols instead of korean subs yeah i've checked directvobsub and korean subs are selected and there are no other subs on it

can anyone help me?
using english vista but with korean language installed

[Only installed Korean Language (in MUI Pack)?]
Maybe the selection like this,"Eastern Asian Language Support" in Regions option. Check it and push OK, then insert your Vista CD when Needed.
