I think KM Player is the Ultimate media player for me because it has done everything I put it to the test. It played all the media types I had, like .avi, dual language .avi, .mkv, dual .mkv, dual .ogm, .ogg, .mp3, .wma, .asf, .wmv .qt, .3gp, .rmvb, .vp7 avi file, .nsv with fair seeking, .flac, just all that I needed to put it to the test! There are lots of cool options. There are skin/gui changes sort of and music visualizations. By the way since I think part of KM player uses mplayer that would make KM Player the best mplayer version. I found out about how good kmplayer is from wikipedia. It showed that kmplayer had just about all the features on their lists. Also full dvd support cool! Can play video from your tv tuner card. Can capture any part of movie as picture. Can capture audio or video/audio with good results/compression. That is just the best! There are more cool features too numerous to list by the way.
