Well,I want to know if the current version (kmp_V2.9.3.1214) is the final version of 2007?

2.9.3.1214 is Final Stable version.

and latest beta version, 2.9.3.1383, is available!
function or improvements are added.

usually in recent,
kmp.zip is full version, but KMPlayer.zip is not standalone,
overwrite KMPlayer.zip's(2.9.3.1383) KMPlayer.exe on kmp.zip's(2.9.3.1382)
it's compiled by delphi 2007
