Trying to set Player to Center by Default

Got things pretty much configured but I've been unable to get the player to start up centered. Right now it always goes to the bottom right.

F2 / General / Playback / General / "Place a video window on the center of screen"
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Ok for a second I was going to say I lost all my cool points because I knew for sure I never saw that option but I still don't. It's not there. In fact on mine I also don't have that Accelerate search speed option either.

I must have a different version but you've given me something to look into. Thanks.

Sure enough I was running the latest stable release and I believe you're probably running the beta. I just uninstalled the stable one and installed the beta and now have the options you mentioned. I'll play with things and see how it goes. Thanks again.
