My videos are all dubbed from English to German and the subtitles are way out of sync, sometimes it's 1 minute late, sometimes a few seconds. Is there more to syncing subtitles than just delaying? I'd LOVE to not have to settle for out of sync subtitles.

I synced the subtitles but I still have a rather stupid question, if you have two subtitles files for the same movie in different languages, they both have the exact same timing, though there are times when there's a 0.001 - 0.006 seconds difference between the two languages, would that be noticeable during the movie? To ANY extent.

Would you be more clear?

Two subtitles have the same timing but it is not displayed at the same time.
Is this what you are talking about??

Attach the subtitles if it is. I can check it. :)

Two subtitles have the same timing but with an occasional 0.001 - 0.006 seconds difference. Now I know that no human being is capable of seeing the difference, but am not so sure that media players are that accurate.
I attached the subtitles.

The unit of processing subtitle is mili-second (0.001). So the player does the job as you think. Open subtitle explorer. (alt+q)
